style=\"color:#ff8124\">\u603b\u7ed3\uff01<\/b>\n<\/br><\/br>\n\u6ce8\u9500\u96be\uff0c\u66fe\u7ecf\u662f\u6a2a\u4e98\u5728\u5f88\u591a\u6295\u8d44\u4eba\u9762\u524d\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u5927\u96be\u9898\u3002\u8fd9\u6b21\u56fd\u52a1\u9662\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f1a\u8ba9\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5fae\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u6ce8\u9500\u66f4\u52a0\u5bb9\u6613\uff0c\u8fd9\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5f88\u591a\u6295\u8d44\u4eba\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u5c06\u4f1a\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u5927\u5229\u597d\u3002\n<\/br><\/br>\n<h4><b>02 \u4f01\u4e1a\u6ce8\u9500\u4e8b\u5b9c\u770b\u8fc7\u6765<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/br>\n\u6839\u636e\u4f01\u4e1a\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u6ce8\u9500\u7a0e\u52a1\u767b\u8bb0\u5206\u4ee5\u4e0b3\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\uff1a<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure enterprises can qualify for the preferential tax policy?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the new preferential policy, eligible enterprises will be subject to<strong>\u00a0a CIT rate of 15 percent, reduced from the usual 25 percent that applies to businesses in\u00a0China.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6839\u636e\u4f01\u4e1a\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u6ce8\u9500\u5de5\u5546\u767b\u8bb0\u5206\u4ee5\u4e0b2\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u4e0b\u9762\u4ee5\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u4e3a\u4f8b\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4ea4\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8d44\u6599\uff1a<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0 The enterprise must be a legal entity, and registered in the Lingang New Area from January 1, 2020;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0 The enterprise\u2019 main business is in the IC, AI, biomedicine, or civil aviation industries; and<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0 The enterprise must engage in substantive production and R&amp;D activities in the \u2018Catalog of Key Fields and Core\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Links\u2019 https:\/\/www.elitestage.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/2-1-365x266.jpg 365w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u51e0\u5e74\u56fd\u5bb6\u653f\u7b56\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u597d\uff0c\u5927\u529b\u6276\u6301\u4e2d\u5c0f\u578b\u4f01\u4e1a\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u4e5f\u79ef\u6781\u9f13\u52b1\u5927\u4f17\u521b\u4e1a\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u8fd9\u51e0\u5e74\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u90fd\u5728\u5f00\u59cb\u53bb\u6ce8\u518c\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u4e5f\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u5174\u65fa\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u4e0d\u5c11\u521b\u4e1a\u516c\u53f8\u5012\u95ed\u505c\u6b62\u7ecf\u8425\uff0c\u5c0f\u7f16\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u63d0\u9192\u90a3\u4e9b\u4e0d\u518d\u7ecf\u8425\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\uff1a<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><h4><b>03 \u4e0d\u7ecf\u8425\uff0c\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u6ce8\u9500\uff01<\/b><\/h4><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6ce8\u610f\u4e86\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u4e0d\u7ecf\u8425\u4e86\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u6ce8\u9500\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u540e\u60a3\u65e0\u7a77\uff01\n<\/br><\/br>\n\n<b style=\"color:#ff8124\">\u5de5\u5546\u5c40\u9ed1\u540d\u5355\uff0c\u4e09\u5e74\u4e0d\u80fd\u5f53\u8001\u677f<\/b>\n\n<\/br><\/br>\n\n\u88ab\u5217\u5165\u5de5\u5546\u5c40\u9ed1\u540d\u5355\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u4e3b\u8981\u6709\u4e24\u79cd\uff1a\n\n<\/br><\/br>\n\u7b2c\u4e00\u79cd\u662f\u516c\u53f8\u88ab\u540a\u9500\u8425\u4e1a\u6267\u7167\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u4f60\u4e25\u91cd\u8fdd\u6cd5\u7ecf\u8425\u6216\u662f\u516d\u4e2a\u6708\u4ee5\u4e0a\u4e0d\u7ecf\u8425\u3002\n<\/br><\/br>\n\n\u7b2c\u4e8c\u79cd\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u8fde\u7eed\u4e09\u5e74\u6ca1\u6709\u5e74\u62a5\u7b49\u884c\u4e3a\u88ab\u5217\u5165\u201c\u4e25\u91cd\u8fdd\u6cd5\u5931\u4fe1\u4f01\u4e1a\u201d\u3002\n<\/br><\/br>\n\n\u88ab\u5217\u5165\u4e25\u91cd\u8fdd\u6cd5\u5931\u4fe1\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u6cd5\u5b9a\u4ee3\u8868\u4eba\u3001\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\uff0c\u4e09\u5e74\u5185\u4e0d\u5f97\u62c5\u4efb\u5176\u4ed6\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u6cd5\u5b9a\u4ee3\u8868\u4eba\u3001\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\u3002\n\n<\/br><\/br>\n\n<b style=\"color:#ff8124\">\u6cd5\u4eba\u4e0d\u80fd\u4e70\u793e\u4fdd<\/b>\n<\/br>\n\u60f3\u8981\u7ee7\u7eed\u7f34\u793e\u4fdd\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u53ea\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\uff0c\u90a3\u5c31\u662f\u628a\u81ea\u5df1\u4ece\u9ed1\u540d\u5355\u4e0a\u5f04\u4e0b\u6765\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u5fc5\u987b\u628a\u4e4b\u524d\u516c\u53f8\u6240\u6b20\u7684\u7a0e\u6b3e\uff0c\u7f5a\u91d1\uff0c\u6ede\u7eb3\u91d1\u90fd\u8865\u9f50\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u6b63\u5e38\u6ce8\u9500\u3002\n\n<\/br><\/br>\n<b
