It has to be noted that, when it comes to a sole director\/shareholder, the same person cannot act as the company secretary.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u221a\u00a0The company secretary shall maintain the statutory books and records of the company, and guarantee the company\u2019s compliance with all statutory requirements.
